Life took hold and led me down the HR path, on this path I was able to attain Fellow status of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel) as well as qualifications in Employment Law and Organisational Development and Design.
Whilst progressing career up to Group HR Director level, I naturally found an affinity with Coaching.
Upon further research and learning, I decided to obtain my coaching accreditation in order to further develop my portfolio.
My approach to coaching is similar to HR. It’s about enabling individuals to achieve their goals and to develop themselves so that they are fulfilled and able to ‘take control’ of their situation.
I found out for myself how powerful Coaching can be in both my personal and professional career.
My style is described direct and someone who doesn’t beat about the bush. I like to get things done.
I like to be able to help people achieve success and to know that our coaching has assisted in people achieving their goals and reaching new heights.
